Biografía
She practised law for 6 years in Paris in a law firm with a reputation for tax and company law before moving to Shanghai where she joined an auditing firm (big 4), taking charge of foreign and local businesses and their Mergers & Acquisitions projects
She continues to develop her experience in taxation but has also been able to extend her expertise in other areas such as M&A transactions, corporate law and contract law.
BA in Chinese Law from Wuhan University (2006)
Master’s degree in management from HEC (2009)
Master’s degree in international taxation from the University of Paris II (2009)
