Biography

Deriya's main area of expertise is the sale and acquisition of company shares, from the offer phase through to completion of the transaction, for both straightforward and private equity transactions.

She also assists companies with their equity transactions, fund-raising and, more generally, with all corporate law issues. She joined DS Avocats' Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions and Financing department in March 2023 as a lawyer.
