Fabio Herlent

Biography

Fabio Herlent works both as an advisor and in litigation on behalf of local authorities, public institutions, semi-public companies (SEM), local public enterprises (SPL) within the Urban Strategies Department.

Across the board, he is involved in both public and private law issues relating to the implementation of development and construction projects (creation of transport facilities, ZACs, land reserves, etc.).

Its main activities concern land management (administrative and judicial phases of the expropriation procedure, pre-emption, amicable sales and acquisitions, eviction, commercial eviction, etc.) and development law, including the management of public and private domain.
