With over 25 years of experience in employment law, Béatrice POLA advises large French companies from various sectors, supporting them in all aspects of employment law. Her expertise is particularly distinguished in the fields of company restructuring and reorganization, mainly in adressing psychosocial risks and workplace environmental factors.

As a litigation specialist, Béatrice POLA represents her clients before social and common law courts, in both individual and collective matters. She is regularly called upon to handle complex cases involving discrimination, harassment, and breach of contract, whether individual, collective, or negotiated.

In addition to her advisory and litigation activities, Béatrice POLA is also a trainer and speaker, sharing my expertise with experts.
