Michèle Frenière

Biography

Michèle Frenière focuses her practice on civil and commercial litigation, with a specialization in construction law. She advises and represents various stakeholders in the construction industry at every stage of their projects, whether it involves contracts, responsibilities, claims, or procurement processes. Since 2011, she has been teaching at École Polytechnique Montréal in the Master’s program in construction project management for civil engineering. She also restructured the construction law course offered at École de technologie supérieure (ÉTS), where she taught for several years. Additionally, she is regularly invited to act as a speaker and trainer, both at events and within companies.
