Juliette Halimi

Biography

Juliette Halimi is a lawyer in the Tax department with experience in both corporate and personal taxation. She advises companies and individuals on French and international Tax law issues.

She works on business structuring and transfers issues, as well as the tax aspects of audits, restructuring and mergers & acquisitions.

She assists companies and individuals in their relations with the tax authorities and represents them before courts. She is also involved in tax rescripts procedures.
