Biography
Graduated in Law from the University of Barcelona in 2019, Master's in Business and Corporate Law from the same university in 2021, and completed his training with the Master's in Access to the Legal Profession in 2023. Member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
Specialized in commercial, corporate, mergers and acquisitions and real estate law, he regularly advises national and international clients on a wide variety of matters related to these areas.
Additionally, he has experience in real estate transactions, M&A, venture capital/private equity, and advising start-ups, especially in various investment rounds and shareholder agreements, enabling him to offer comprehensive and strategic solutions to his clients.
