Biography
Martin Bussières, one of the co-founders of the firm, is a leader of the Canadian tax group and a member of the firm's executive committee. He practises in the areas of Tax Law and Corporate Law for all the offices embodied in the of DS Lawyers Canada family.
Throughout his practice, Martin has developed a particular expertise in corporate financing, purchase and sale of companies, corporate reorganization, mergers and acquisitions, succession planning and estate planning. Martin’s mandates involve both small and large companies. He also represents his clients before the tax authority.
