Biography
A lawyer since 1980, Marie-Christine Mergny has developed an activity of advice and litigation in commercial matters, particularly in international trade.
She assists French and foreign clients and represents them in litigation relating to the performance of their contracts (breach of commercial relations, contractual non-performance, product liability). She also practices in the industrial sectors.
