Biography
Xu Dehong has joined DS since 1999, having a double professional experience for Chinese and French entities. Thanks to her in-depth understanding of the social and legal environment of the business of foreign companies in China, she has acquired an extremely rich experience in the field of legal advice.
The scope of her intervention extends from the establishment of legal structures, to the accompaniment of their day-to-day operations up to their possible liquidation . Her experience has led her to deal with a large number of delicate situations, which makes her a valuable asset for our clients in anticipating and managing risks in China.
