Biography
Lawyer with more than 25 years of professional experience, specialized in commercial and tax law related to the company, mergers, acquisitions and business reorganizations in general, his practice also includes areas such as infrastructure and concessions, real estate and construction law.
In charge of negotiating and executing contracts for the purchase and sale of companies and legal advice to companies, especially foreign investors and their expansion to the South Pacific Region.
He has been Professor of Mergers and Acquisitions and Taxation of the Company
