Begoña Vilar Navarro, Employment Partner in DS Avocats Spain has more than 20 years of experience in Spanish employment law, and specifically she has wide experience on ongoing employment law advice to Spanish and foreign companies and to human resource departments, strategic analysis and development of strategies and solutions for the avoidance of industrial disputes.

She has expertise in advising international companies based in Spain. Also has wide experience in termination of contracts; collective redundancy procedures; collective bargaining; senior executives and advice on industrial disputes of all types.

She has provided on-going labor and employment advice to national and international companies in various sectors such as the pharma industry, food, hospitality, the chemical sector, automotive and technology.
