Biography

Christophe Billet's experience has enabled him to develop expertise in corporate taxation in both domestic and international transactions.

He has been involved in the tax aspects of numerous acquisitions (takeovers, JVs, LBOs, etc.), investments and restructurings. In addition, he has expertise in real estate taxation, allowing him to act on behalf of major real estate operators.

He assists public players in the management of tax issues, both as counsel and in litigation, in all sectors of activity and in particular in land development in the context of concession contracts or in his own right, as well as in the area of public contracts (public procurement, public service contracts, PPP).
