Her professional career began at Rousaud Costas Duran, Legal and Tax Advisors, where she acquired foundational experience in legal and tax matters. She later advanced her career at KPMG Abogados Barcelona, expanding her practice to include international taxation, corporate restructuring, and tax reviews in the context of financial auditing.

As a founding partner of Laways Legal and Tax, Erika practiced as a tax lawyer until 2024, consolidating her position as trusted advisor on Spanish and international tax law.
