Biography
Frédéric Levy est responsable du Pôle Immobilier de DS Avocats. Il intervient en Conseil et Contentieux, notamment en action foncière, en matière d’expropriation, de préemption et de délaissement et en Droit de l’environnement, en matière de sites et sols pollués, responsabilité administrative, civile et pénale.
Il est Vice-Président du Laboratoire d’Initiatives Foncières et des Technologies Innovantes (LIFTI) et membre du Club des Avocats Environnementalistes.
