Biography

Thanks to her multidisciplinary expertise in employment and environmental law and her culture of corporate social responsibility (CSR), Gwladys Beauchet advises and represents French and international companies in the management of environmental, social and health risks related to their activities and real estate projects.

Her cross-cutting know-how and hands-on approach enable her to provide pragmatic and secure solutions that serve the company's social and environmental strategy.

In corporate restructuring cases, she handles all social issues (fate of employment contracts, employee representative bodies, collective agreements, etc.) and environmental issues (classified facilities - environmental authorisations, polluted sites and soils - guarantee of environmental liabilities, etc.).

Gwladys Beauchet applies an integrated approach, both in consulting and litigation, to the analysis of legal risks specific to her clients' activities and uses management tools adapted to the company's economic model, particularly in the field of crisis management (industrial accidents, accidents at work, criminal liability of managers, etc.).

Gwladys Beauchet is a member of Avosial, an association of company lawyers in employment law and regularly gives conferences and training sessions.
