Biography
Hélène LABORDE assists real estate players, including property developers, large property owners, and real estate companies, from the inception to the completion of real estate projects.
She drafts and negotiates various contracts such as property development contracts, delegated project management contracts, deeds and promises of sale, project management contracts, and works contracts.
Hélène also handles litigation related to real estate projects, focusing on preventive and amicable dispute resolution through mediation agreements. She oversees litigation proceedings, including those involving judicial expertise, in both judicial and administrative courts.
