Kyler Wells

Biography

Kyler Wells specializes in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and corporate law. He advises company boards on their public disclosure, annual meetings and governance.

As general counsel to a TSX-V listed steel pipe manufacturer, he provided strategic advice regarding its expansion into the U.S. oil and gas market, and spent several years as legal counsel to the Ontario Securities Commission.
