Biography
Louis Clément specializes in corporate and commercial law, investment management, and health law, with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, the sale of businesses, consortium formation, and commercial agreement drafting and negotiation.
With a track record of representing clients of all sizes, Mr. Clément has served as a key member and leader of multidisciplinary teams of lawyers in high profile cases involving pharmaceutical companies, energy companies, among others.
His success has led to recognition as one of best lawyers in Canada multiple times, particularly in the areas of corporate law, mergers & acquisitions law, and leveraged buyouts and private equity law.
