María José Duplá Marín

Biography

As a practicing lawyer since 2001, she is specialized in tax advice covering all national and international operations of Spanish companies and individuals.

Since 2006, her career as a lawyer has focused on providing tax advices to companies in tax procedures and their relationships with the Spanish Tax Administration in all types of inspections, appeals and claims, up to the contentious administrative procedure before the Courts.

Alongside her activity as a tax advisor, she taught courses for more than 20 years at Pompeu Fabra University and Esade, in the courses of law, business administration and labor relations, specializing in both in tax procedures as well as on corporate taxation and personal income tax in Spain.

After starting her professional life at the Pompeu Fabra University, she later joined a firm specialized in tax advice for professional individuals, alternating both activities.
