With several years of experience at a Parisian law firm specializing in construction and insurance litigation, Marion Centime joined the real estate team at DS Avocats’ Bordeaux office in 2022.
She leverages her expertise to assist a diverse clientele in the following areas:
- Construction law advisory and litigation: Assisting public and private project owners in the execution of their real estate projects (new construction, rehabilitation, transformation, etc.), as well as supporting builders. Her extensive experience in handling large-scale claims makes her a key legal advisor for clients, offering comprehensive support that integrates strategic, operational, and legal considerations for major projects and construction-related disputes.
