Biography

Lawyer with more than 10 years of experience, specialising in advising companies and startups on international taxation issues, design of marketing structures and exploitation of SaaS models, payment gateways and travel startups, among others. In addition, in recent years he has led the implementation of optimization strategies in the payment and recovery of overcharged contributions (land tax), highlighting among them advice to national and international real estate investment funds, storage centres, hotels, television channels and shopping malls.
