Olivier Fedon

Biography

Olivier Fedon has been a partner at the Rennes Bar since 2004. With a postgraduate degree in business law, he specializes in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate law.

He assists companies in their growth and development projects, particularly in the sale and transfer of businesses, on both the buy and sell sides.

Olivier has also completed his training in trust law and holds a university degree from the Faculty of Law in Orléans. He regularly advises settlors and beneficiaries of management and security trusts.

Olivier has held the position of Treasurer of the Rennes Bar and was a member of the Bar Council. He currently sits on the regional disciplinary board for lawyers in the Rennes Court of Appeal. He is also a member of MEDEF 35, demonstrating his commitment to the economic and professional fabric of his region.
