Biography
Robert Verbuck specializes in corporate and securities law, with a focus on capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance.
With over 20 years of experience, Robert has advised numerous start-ups and emerging companies across a range of industries. He also serves as a director, corporate secretary, and counsel to select private and public enterprises that align with his interests, particularly in the storage and real estate, energy, agritech, and health product sectors.
Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts from Western University (1993) and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Toronto (1998). He is a member of the Law Societies of Alberta and Ontario.
