Yan Danti

Biography

Yan Danti manages the legal affairs of a portfolio of companies, handling matters such as company formation, approval of financial statements, statutory amendments, governance changes, as well as restructurings, contributions, mergers, dissolutions, and liquidations.

He is involved in corporate restructuring and reorganization transactions, as well as the issuance of complex securities. He also advises companies on capital transactions, fundraising operations, and more broadly, on all matters related to corporate law.

Prior to joining DS Avocats, Yan worked for two years at Lamartine Conseil, a law firm specialized in private equity, and for two years within an audit and accounting group.
