Desk Italy
Our Italy Desk brings together lawyers with dual legal backgrounds who have significant experience of advising on projects in Italy and on cross-border transactions.

Working in close collaboration with our specialised teams based in Milano, our Italy Desk advises on both transactional and contentious matters in the following fields:
- cross-border investments (mergers and acquisitions, takeovers and insolvency proceedings);
- performance of commercial contracts;
- country entry;
- international employee mobility within the EU for European workers or workers from non-European countries.
Our Italy Desk also advises Italian companies on establishing their businesses abroad and international expansion, in close collaboration with the network of DS Avocats offices cross Europe, Africa, Asia and America, as well as with our other international Desks.
The Italy Desk lawyers have built privileged relationships with public and professional trade bodies and regularly speak at specialised events, notably on ‘doing business’ and international employee mobility.
