Present in Madrid since 2003, DS integrated the teams of the local firm OVSLAW in 2010 with the aim of strengthening its presence in Spain. With the support of a multidisciplinary team, DS OVSLAW is active in all areas of business law and assists its clients in their strategies for setting up, developing or restructuring.

The Barcelona office is specialized and recognized in three main areas; each team being composed of lawyers specialized in the field. Firstly, we offer in-depth expertise in Corporate Law, M&A and restructuring. We are involved in numerous complex corporate transactions involving acquisitions or investments in the context of external growth projects with international players.
We also advise numerous start-ups in their fund-raising operations.
In addition, we assist financial structures (Private Equity and Venture Capital entities) in the context of their creation but also in their day-to-day operations and relations with the Regulatory Authority (Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores).
Finally, we have been assisting our clients for many years in litigation proceedings in which they are involved, particularly in connection with commercial or corporate disputes.
