Sandra Louiset

Biografía

As a public finance inspector, Sandra Louiset was responsible for auditing large companies. She handled numerous cases involving complex transfer pricing, VAT and local direct tax issues.

She was then promoted to the litigation department, where she dealt with disputes arising from tax audits, including the drafting of pleadings. Sandra Louiset has presented oral arguments before the Administrative Court and the Administrative Court of Appeal. She has also participated in the training of junior inspectors in tax and transfer pricing audits.

In 2020, at the beginning of her career in the private sector, as head of the tax consulting department, she advised clients on personal tax matters (income tax, local tax and wealth tax) as well as on international tax matters and assisted them with their tax filing obligations.

In particular, Sandra Louiset has assisted clients in their restructuring projects (drafting contracts, reviewing their situation with regard to direct local taxes, complying with specific reporting obligations, drafting transfer pricing documentation).

She has also assisted clients in disputes arising from tax audits or challenges to their tax bases (in particular income tax and direct local taxes).

Sandra's expertise also extends to training. She has given tax training to the Group's lawyers and assisted accountants with tax issues.

As a lecturer, Sandra teaches general tax law to Master 1 and 2 students: corporate and personal income tax, VAT and local direct taxes.

Since joining DS Avocats, she has been defending clients in tax audits (both during and after the audit) and advising companies and individuals on general and international tax issues.

She assists clients with the tax aspects of restructuring operations and relocations in various countries.
